Food is good but service is horrible.. every time I go to order … like today at 1:40 pm .. the girl working had zero customer service .. totally upset .. she definitely didn’t want to be there … not the first time .. not a good morning .. or good afternoon.. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 20 years plus and you don’t treat your customers like that .. employees like that should work in another places .. very bad customer service

I almost didn’t go here because the reviews were so bad but I’m really glad that I did. The food was really really good and the girls that were working were very nice. I felt like the portions were fair and I like that you got to use as much sauce as you wanted cause I’m a saucy girl.😂 Def recommend!!!

Ordered a poke bowl that I PAID $30 for and it had zero sauce on it! Then when I called into the store the worker was questioning me if I was “sure” there was no sauce on it. Then she said “I’ll let the manager know,” and hung up. They called me and told me to “bring my bowl back” after I ordered delivery. Everyone makes mistakes but the least you can have is good service 😡 ‼️WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ‼️

Order this on uber eats. Yall rude and disrespect asian food culture. We don't serve 2 cups of rice and 1/4th meat and then splash it with Cucumber like come on. You can't just serve us with rice. Bellow is just one sample of my order, I did like the spam musubi, just not the poke bowls. I felt disrespected. Tsk tsk. If yall hate your job, quit!. Do something you love.

This review is not directed at the wonderful women who work here, but rather at my interaction with Juan- I believe this is his name. He worked 12:00pm on 1/23. While I deeply appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff, I found Juan’s approach unnecessarily intrusive. During my order, he abruptly interjected to inform me of an extra charge for sauce—something I am certain the wonderful and knowledgeable employee assisting me was already aware of and would have communicated appropriately. His intervention felt unnecessary and disruptive, particularly given the professionalism of the staff. I have no issue paying the additional fee; my concern lies in the manner of delivery. There are more constructive ways to address such matters with employees, preferably through proper training rather than in front of customers. While Juan later attempted to clarify and apologize (after I asked for his name) the initial exchange left an unfavorable impression. Professionalism in customer interactions extends beyond policy enforcement—it includes tact and respect in communication. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I would return if Juan is present.
